My name is Katie Bartschi and I am the director of the Hatboro
Play and Learn Center. I joined Play and Learn in 2007. Prior to
Play and Learn, I directed an early childhood program on the main line and taught Pre-Kindergarten for several years. I have my BS in Human Services and am currently attending Arcadia University where I am working on my M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education.

My husband and I live in Glenside and have 2 children. My son, Ryan, attends the Hatboro Play and Learn Center, and my daughter, Allyson, is in elementary school.  I am committed to providing a safe and positive early childhood environment where your children can grow and develop.

The Hatboro Play & Learn Center is located on York Road (Route 263) in downtown Hatboro. The center is minutes from County Line Road and the Willow Grove Exit of the Turnpike. Since 1987, Play & Learn has provided quality education and care to Hatboro and the surrounding communities, including Upper Moreland, Warminster and Abington.

 

Our staff and families enjoy local events such as the Holiday Parade and Halloween Stroll. Our center is dedicated to meeting the developmental needs of children ages six weeks through kindergarten. Our Center also offers a full-day kindergarten licensed by the Department of Education. Our spacious, well-equipped playgrounds feature separate play areas for younger and older children. Indoors you’ll find bright cheerful classrooms for learning centers and play.
