“Buddy System”
Each new staff member at Play & learn is
assigned an existing staff member as their “buddy.” The buddy’s job is to be a personal resource and support during the initial orientation period. They help acquaint the new staff member with co-workers, families, the community and Play & Learn practices.
TEACH Program
This program offers scholarship to our staff enabling to earn an Associates Degree in Early Education.
